Now that is just too beautiful. This painting makes me want to go home and create a rose garden for my sweetheart. It's already been said but I have to say it again, It's gorgeous!

Good painting! Now if you want to swipe some garden shots (for painting or whatever) I'll send them or you can just take them off my blog.

This is very well-done! It's busy (as a garden does look busy), and then there's that little brick pathway to calm things down and "show the way"...

Ron - you're a doll! Thank you, you know I secretly (or not) covet you garden. Thanks!

Hey Doug! How's it going? Thanks for the visit and the nice comment.

Hi Cara,
Thanks so much for all your comments, it's nice to know a kindred soul who enjoys the hush of looking at and appreciating art. Your spirit comes through in this Garden painting, It invites me to peacefully reflect. It is almost alter-like whether intended or not. Are you a garden worshiper?! Who isn't?
All my best to you,
Todd

Thank you Todd - I appreciate your comments as much as I appreciate your wonderful art.

Cara,
This is a beautiful painting. When do you have time to garden? Mine is a big patch of ugly weeds...sigh.

Lilli - Thanks for visiting and for your comment. Lately I have been doing a lot of writing - instead of painting...shame on me.

Hi Dee- here's the truth, I don't have a lot of time to garden so I have to paint other people's gardens.

How I miss my garden ( once upon a time when I was a lot younger) when I saw your painting. Now I live on the 23rd floor in a densely-populated city and where my kids long to have a house with staircases.

Keep up the excellent work...and inspire others...like me.
